Kick-start for cross country
The wait for Joe Cantillon was lengthy - 24 years between Middlesex League boys’ cross-county titles. Two of his Winchester High runners, though, arrived just in time. Before the start of the school year, Steve Creane and Matt Smith left the school’s varsity soccer team for Cantillon’s cross-country program.
